Position Overview: This full\-time role as a **Senior Accountant** involves managing the end\-to\-end month\-end close and general ledger maintenance within **Oracle NetSuite** , specifically for clients with **US exposure** . Responsibilities include recording complex journal entries, performing reconciliations, and processing payroll via **Wingspan** in strict accordance with **US GAAP** . As an **ACCA, CA, or BFA graduate** from a reputable university with 4\-5 years of experience, you will prepare financial statements, conduct variance analysis, and support audit coordination, with **US tax law expertise** serving as a significant advantage in delivering high\-quality fiscal integrity. Key Responsibilities: * **Full\-Cycle Accounting \& US GAAP Compliance:** Own the end\-to\-end month\-end and year\-end close processes in **Oracle NetSuite** , ensuring all financial activities strictly adhere to **US GAAP** standards. * **Financial Reporting \& Analysis:** Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements (P\&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and perform detailed variance analysis to provide management with actionable insights. * **Ledger \& Reconciliation Management:** Maintain the General Ledger by performing complex bank, credit card, and sub\-ledger reconciliations to ensure 100% data integrity post\-NetSuite migration. * **Payroll \& Benefits Administration:** Manage payroll processing and benefits journal entries through **Wingspan** , ensuring accurate tax classification and timely recording. * **Audit \& Tax Coordination:** Lead the preparation of audit schedules for external CPAs and assist with **US tax law compliance** and filing requirements. * **AP/AR \& Accrual Oversight:** Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable workflows, including the recording of sophisticated accruals, adjustments, and vendor reconciliations. Requirements: * **Certification:** **ACCA, CA, or BFA** degree from a reputable university. * **Experience:** **4–5 years** of bookkeeping with mastery of **Oracle NetSuite** . * **Compliance:** Deep expertise in **US GAAP** and managing **US\-based** entities. * **Payroll:** Proficiency in **Wingspan** for payroll and benefits journal entries. * **Taxation:** Working knowledge of **US tax laws** and audit coordination. * **Analytics:** Strong ability to handle **complex accruals** and variance reporting.
