This role sits at the center of an evolving finance function. You will own the integrity of the general ledger, lead month\-end close, maintain reconciliations, and play a key role in improving systems, workflows, and controls. This is not a maintenance role — it’s an opportunity to build, improve, and create structure in a growing environment. In the near term, you’ll partner closely with the Head of Finance to bring stability and clarity to existing processes. Over time, you’ll take full ownership of recurring accounting operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives.
