The Senior Accountant will oversee day\-to\-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and tax compliance. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and assisting with audits and financial analysis to support business decisions. **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance * Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management * Experience with accounting software and advanced Excel skills * Analytical mindset with expertise in financial analysis and problem\-solving * Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities * Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to collaborate with cross\-functional teams * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is a plus) * Previous experience in the HVAC/R or distribution industry is advantageous
