A good chunk of ABM platforms promise the world and deliver a dashboard nobody logs into.
This one's different. An AI\-native platform that's gone from $1m to $2\.5m\+ ARR in under two years, trusted by some of the biggest B2B brands globally, and actively replacing the legacy tools that enterprises have been stuck with for too long. They ship weekly. They move fast. And they're not slowing down.
Now they're building a proper expansion\-led Account Management function from scratch, and they want a Senior AM to be the one who shapes it.
**What you'll be doing:**
🔁 Owning renewals and driving £600k\+ in annual upsell across strategic accounts
📈 Delivering 110%\+ net revenue retention
🧵 Multi\-threading senior marketing and sales stakeholders across complex orgs
🗺️ Building expansion plans across multiple product lines
🏗️ Creating the playbook and processes in a fast\-moving, high\-growth environment
**What you'll need:**
🎯 3\-8 years in Account Management or Customer Success with direct revenue ownership
💰 A strong track record of upsell, cross\-sell, and renewals
💻 SaaS experience (MarTech or ABM is ideal)
🚀 Recent experience working in a scale\-up environment
🧠 Commercially sharp, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity
