Job Description
Our company is looking to hire a Secretary to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Arabic language proficiency is required. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail\-oriented, and capable of supporting lawyers with administrative and legal documentation tasks in a professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle client communications and professional correspondence
* Maintain and organize legal records, files, and documentation
* Manage office emails, phone calls, and administrative documentation
Requirements
* Previous experience as a **Secretary** or **Administrative Secretary** (experience in a law firm is preferred)
* Knowledge of **accounting or financial administrative tasks**
* **Fluency in Arabic is mandatory**; English proficiency is an advantage
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)**
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and time\-management skills
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information professionally
* Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast\-paced environment
