Job Description
**YAS Contracting \& Maintenance LLC,** a reputed building contracting company in Deira, Dubai, is looking for a professional Female Secretary / Administrative Assistant cum Accountant with UAE experience.
**Responsibilities:**
* Handle administrative and secretarial duties
* Prepare purchase order, invoices, vouchers, quotations, and maintain records
* Keep track of supplier payment, update the system, VAT quarterly filing compliance with UAE
* Manage emails, documentation, and office correspondence
* Handle reception, procurement, track of employee attendance \& other administrative work
* Coordinate with suppliers
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years UAE experience in administration/secretarial or accounting role
* Knowledge of accounting software and basic bookkeeping
* Good knowledge of construction/contracting field preferred
* Strong English communication skills ,Arabic will be a plus point (written and spoken)
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
* Organized, professional, and able to handle office tasks independently
Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 6,000 (based on experience)
