JCA plays a pivotal role in guiding businesses through critical transitions while maintaining the highest standard of service quality. • Experience Required 4\+ years in SEO, with strong hands\-on experience in technical SEO, on\-page optimisation, and website performance improvement. * Role Overview The SEO Executive will be responsible for improving organic visibility, technical health, and search performance of websites. The role focuses heavily on technical SEO audits, implementation, and continuous optimisation to drive qualified traffic and conversions. * Key Responsibilities **1\. Technical SEO Management** * Conduct comprehensive **technical SEO audits** (crawlability, indexability, site architecture) * Identify and fix issues related to: * Broken links, redirects, canonical errors * XML sitemaps, robots.txt optimisation * Core Web Vitals \& page speed improvements * Work on **schema markup implementation** (structured data) * Ensure proper website indexing and crawl budget optimisation **2\. On\-Page Optimisation** * Optimise website content, meta tags, headings, and internal linking * Implement keyword strategies aligned with business goals * Improve landing page performance for higher conversions **3\. Website Performance \& Analytics** * Monitor performance using tools like: * Google Analytics * Google Search Console * Screaming Frog, Ahref, SemRush * Track KPIs: organic traffic, rankings, CTR, bounce rate, conversions * Generate actionable insights from data **4\. Keyword Research \& Strategy** * Conduct in\-depth keyword research (short\-tail \& long\-tail) * Analyse competitors and identify ranking opportunities * Align SEO strategies with business and marketing goals **5\. Content \& Off\-Page Coordination** * Collaborate with content and marketing teams for SEO\-friendly content * Guide backlink strategy and monitor link quality * Ensure adherence to white\-hat SEO practices **6\. Reporting \& Continuous Improvement** * Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports * Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices * Continuously test and implement new strategies **Technical Skills** * Strong understanding of: * Website architecture \& crawling * HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript * Core Web Vitals optimisation * Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog) * Knowledge of structured data and schema **Analytical Skills** * Data\-driven mindset with strong problem\-solving ability * Ability to interpret SEO metrics and provide actionable insights **Soft Skills** * Strong communication and coordination skills * Detail\-oriented with a proactive approach * Ability to manage multiple projects **Key KPIs** * Growth in organic traffic * Keyword ranking improvements * Technical health score of the website * Conversion rate from organic channels **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field * Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing (preferred) * Experience in service\-based industries (IP, legal, consulting is a plus)
