Scaffolding Designer (AutoCAD / Revit / Civil 3D)

We are seeking a creative and detail\-oriented **Scaffold Designer** to join our Events Services team. You will be responsible for designing safe, functional, and visually impactful scaffolding structures for temporary event installations such as stages, seating, lighting rigs, and branding towers. Key Responsibilities * Design scaffolding structures for events including concerts, festivals, exhibitions, and corporate functions * Collaborate with event producers, engineers, and site managers to understand project requirements * Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD or similar software * Conduct site surveys to assess terrain, access, and structural needs * Ensure all designs comply with local safety regulations and international scaffolding standards * Select appropriate materials and calculate load\-bearing capacities * Provide technical support during scaffold erection and dismantling * Document design decisions and maintain records for compliance and future reference * Stay updated on new scaffolding technologies and design trends in the events industry Skills \& Qualifications * Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in scaffold design, preferably in the events or entertainment sector * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software * Strong understanding of structural mechanics and safety codes * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
