The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while guiding the development team and ensuring high\-quality CRM delivery. ### **Key Responsibilities** Lead the development and implementation of **Salesforce solutions and customizations**. Design and develop applications using **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL**. Provide **technical leadership and mentorship** to Salesforce developers. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions. Oversee **code reviews, deployments, and release management**. Ensure **Salesforce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization**. Manage **integrations between Salesforce and external systems** using APIs. ### **Required Skills \& Qualifications** Strong experience in **Salesforce development and technical leadership**. Expertise in **Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs**. Experience with **REST/SOAP integrations and third\-party system integrations**. Knowledge of **Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud**. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments**. ### **Preferred Qualifications** Salesforce certifications such as **Platform Developer II or Salesforce Architect certifications**. Experience with **CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps tools**. Familiarity with **enterprise architecture and cloud platforms**.
