The Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day\-to\-day tasks include consulting with potential clients, managing sales pipelines, providing product training to staff, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed performance targets. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams for seamless operational support. **Qualifications** * Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs * Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and develop strategies * Experience providing Training to team members to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques * Proactive problem\-solving mindset, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines * Relevant experience in the eCommerce or retail industry is beneficial * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
