The Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating and developing client relationships, identifying potential leads, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and participate in designated training programs to enhance skillsets. **Qualifications** * Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain client relationships. * Proficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. * Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide and coordinate team members effectively. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business goals. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Previous experience in the banking or telecommunications sector is an advantage. * Fluency in English, with additional languages considered beneficial.
