The Sales Specialist will focus on identifying and generating new leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach, responding to customer inquiries, presenting customized solutions, and working collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will provide training and guidance to clients and contribute to developing sales strategies. **Qualifications** * Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets * Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address inquiries * Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members to enhance productivity and adoption of solutions * Self\-motivated and results\-oriented with a focus on problem\-solving and achieving measurable outcomes * Familiarity with AI automation, CRM systems, or digital sales tools is a plus * Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability * Relevant experience in sales or business development; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
