Sales Specialist

**Company Description** We are looking for a highly driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with an American accent and excellent communication skills, preferably with experience in healthcare or medical billing. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, handling outbound calls, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the US healthcare and medical billing industry. * Identify and qualify leads through effective outreach. * Communicate clearly and professionally with a strong American accent. * Schedule appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team. * Maintain accurate records in the CRM. * Follow up on warm leads and manage prospect relationships. * Achieve daily and weekly performance goals. Requirements: * American accent (mandatory). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Minimum 2 years of experience in SDR, telemarketing, call center, healthcare, or medical billing roles. * Familiarity with US healthcare or RCM processes (preferred). * Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment. * Proficiency with CRM tools and calling platforms. * ement skills * Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is a plus * A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
