At Divine Dispatch, we believe in empowering our team members to achieve professional growth while contributing to the organization's success. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role located in Lahore for a Sales Specialist and Dispatch Officer 2 seats are available. One for Sales and One for Dispatch. The responsibilities include managing communication with clients, identifying and generating new leads, overseeing dispatch operations, supporting sales processes, and maintaining relationships with sales channels. The role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. **Qualifications** * Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. * 1–2 years of experience as a Dispatch Officer within a reputable dispatch service environment. * 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably as a Sales Agent or Sales Manager, within a well\-established organization. * Strong customer service expertise, with a proven track record of handling inquiries and delivering effective resolutions. * Proficiency in Lead Generation and the ability to identify new business opportunities and strategies. * Excellent Communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders efficiently. * Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales, with a focus on achieving sales targets and maintaining client relationships. * Ability to manage dispatch operations with attention to detail and accuracy. * Strong organizational, problem\-solving, and multitasking abilities. * Proficiency in relevant software and tools related to sales and dispatch operations. * Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or sales is an advantage.
