Sales Officer – Retail Expansion (Supermarkets, Chennai Zone)

**Position:** Sales Officer – Supermarket Onboarding **Department:** Sales **Reporting To:** ASM / Sale Manager **Location:** Chennai \& Nearby Districts **Role Summary** You’ll be responsible for identifying and onboarding supermarkets, mini\-chains, and grocery stores for Essor SuperFoods’ products like **Chithirai Chekku Oils**, **Jugar Cane Sugar**, and **Dr. Salt Rock Salt**. Your job is to make sure our products are listed, displayed, and selling well inside each store. **Main Responsibilities** * **New Store Onboarding** * Visit supermarkets and convince them to list ESF products. * Complete all registration, vendor code, and listing formalities. * Get the first purchase order released quickly. * **Sales \& Order Follow\-Up** * Meet daily and monthly sales targets given by the BDM. * Take repeat orders from onboarded stores. * Maintain healthy relationships with store owners and buyers. * **Store Execution** * Ensure proper shelf display, pricing, and stock availability. * Coordinate with promoters for in\-store visibility and offers. * Collect competitor information like pricing and offers. * **Reporting** * Update daily work report in **FieldAssist App**. * Share daily beat plan, orders taken, and payment updates. * Coordinate with operations for dispatch and delivery. **Who Can Apply** * Graduate (any stream) with **2–4 years of FMCG or Supermarket Sales** experience. * Should be confident, polite, and good in communication (Tamil \& basic English). * Must have a **two\-wheeler with valid license**. * Should be comfortable travelling and meeting new people every day. **Key Qualities We’re Looking For** ✅ Smart and confident communicator ✅ Self\-motivated and result\-oriented ✅ Regular in reporting and disciplined in follow\-up Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹35,591\.34 per month Benefits: * Cell phone reimbursement * Provident Fund Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Experience: * Field sales: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * Tamil, English (Preferred) License/Certification: * 2 Wheeler Licence (Preferred) Work Location: In person
