Applicants without 1\+ year of experience in these industries will not be considered. **Responsibilities** * Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals through effective management and coaching * Develop and implement strategic sales plans and marketing plans * Identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking, and proactive outreach * Manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and long\-term loyalty through personalized service * Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies * Conduct negotiations with clients to close deals that align with company objectives while maintaining profitability * Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights to senior leadership **Skills** * Proven experience in flooring, tile, bath or home renovation sales, REQUIRED * Strong management skills with the ability to lead, develop, and motivate a high\-performing team * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strategic business development expertise * Outstanding customer service abilities with a focus on building lasting client relationships * Leadership qualities that inspire confidence, foster teamwork, and promote continuous improvement Compensation is base $50,000 to $60,000 plus commission Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $50,000\.00\-$60,000\.00 per year Benefits: * On\-site parking * Paid time off Experience: * Flooring, tile, bath/home reno sales: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
