The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Day\-to\-day tasks include leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring effective communication with both clients and internal teams. The role requires strong negotiation, leadership, and problem\-solving skills, with an emphasis on delivering excellent customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets • Lead, motivate, and manage a high\-performing sales team • Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships • Identify new business opportunities within the UAE market • Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure **Requirements:** • Minimum **3 years of experience in UAE real estate sales** • Strong understanding of the UAE property market • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • **Developer sales experience is a strong advantage**
