**Sales Manager – Industrial Business (Middle East)**
📍 Middle East (GCC Region)
**About the Role**
We are looking for an experienced
**Sales Manager**
to drive business growth across the Middle East, focusing on industrial segments such as
**Marine, Oil \& Gas, Construction \& Mining, Dewatering, and Firefighting**
. This role will be responsible for expanding market presence, managing key accounts, and leading end\-to\-end sales activities in the GCC region.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1\. Business Development**
* Expand market share and drive revenue growth within existing customer base
* Identify and develop new business opportunities across GCC markets
* Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold outreach
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Identify, appoint, and manage dealers/distributors in the region
* Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and new segment opportunities
* Support development and execution of strategic market entry plans
**2\. Marketing**
* Plan and support marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility
* Participate in exhibitions, customer events, and industry forums
* Maintain strong knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
**3\. Order Management**
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order execution
* Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order processing
* Work closely with sales operations, logistics, and cross\-functional teams
* Ensure timely follow\-up and execution of customer orders
**4\. Aftermarket \& Customer Experience**
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service issues promptly
* Work closely with aftermarket and application engineering teams
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long\-term engagement
**Qualifications \& Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* 8–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management
* Prior experience in
**diesel engines or industrial equipment**
preferred
* Experience working in
**GCC/Middle East markets**
is an advantage
**Skills \& Competencies**
* Strong customer focus and relationship management skills
* Excellent problem\-solving and independent working ability
* Knowledge of international sales operations
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Multilingual abilities preferred (Arabic is a plus)
