The Senior SAP Sales Manager role for enterprise sales of SAP services in the UAE market is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with deep expertise in the SAP ecosystem, strong relationships within the Kingdom’s enterprise landscape, and a proven track record of closing high\-value deals. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding strategic accounts, and positioning our SAP services portfolio across large enterprises and corporate clients.
**Responsibilities**
* Drive end\-to\-end sales of SAP services and solutions across enterprise and corporate clients in the UAE.
* Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within key industries.
* Leverage deep knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio (ERP, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, BTP, Analytics, etc.).
* Apply structured SAP selling methodologies and best practices in complex sales cycles.
* Build and maintain C\-level relationships within enterprise accounts.
* Collaborate with pre\-sales, delivery, and partner teams to develop winning proposals.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure.
* Represent the organization at industry events and SAP ecosystem engagements.
**Qualifications**
* Experience selling SAP solutions and services in the UAE market.
* Minimum 5\+ years within the SAP or SAP Partner ecosystem.
* Proven track record of closing large enterprise SAP deals.
* Strong understanding of SAP solution portfolio and value positioning.
* Well\-versed in SAP sales methodologies and enterprise selling techniques.
* Established network and strong contacts within UAE enterprise and corporate sectors.
* Experience selling to C\-level executives and senior decision\-makers.
* Arabic speaker (mandatory).
* Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
