Job Description
Sales Manager Nordics – Direct Sales
You will will support and execute direct sales activities across the Nordic region, with a primary focus on Sweden. The role contributes to enterprise deal execution and customer expansion in close collaboration with the Nordic Sales Lead and the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
Key Responsibilities
* Support direct sales initiatives in Sweden and across the Nordic region
* Work closely with the existing Nordic Sales Manager (initial reporting line)
* Participate in customer meetings, site visits, and relevant trade fairs
* Support repeat deployments and customer expansion initiatives
* Transition to a direct reporting line to the CCO as the commercial organisation matures
Experience \& Profile
* Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial technology, automation, or related sectors
* Preferably an established network within logistics, retail, FMCG, or 3PL segments
* Comfortable supporting complex, long\-cycle enterprise sales processes
* Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
* Willingness to travel regionally across the Nordics
Success Indicators
* Measurable contribution to Nordic pipeline growth and successful deal execution
* Strong collaboration with the Nordic Sales Lead and close alignment with operations
