As a Sales Manager, you will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. You will oversee a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and preparing sales forecasts and reports. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment with organizational goals. **Qualifications** * Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide sales teams to success. * Expertise in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation. * Ability to analyze market trends, generate sales forecasts, and provide data\-driven recommendations. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present to diverse audiences. * Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, as well as general familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite. * Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market environment. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. * Previous experience in the aluminum or manufacturing industry is preferred but not mandatory.
