Our platform integrates critical functions like online ordering, menu management, branch administration, and order processing into a single, powerful system. **The Role** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive the adoption of the DishPilots platform within the Pakistani restaurant and hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B software sales, particularly within the technology or hospitality industries, and a passion for helping businesses grow through technology. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track track record in B2B software sales, particularly within the technology or hospitality industries. **Key Responsibilities** Strategic Sales \& Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the restaurant, cafe, and food service industry across Pakistan. Consultative Selling: Understand client's operational challenges (e.g., online ordering, delivery logistics, multi\-branch management) and present the DishPilots platform as a comprehensive solution to drive efficiency and profitability. Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on the DishPilots platform, demonstrating its value proposition across all core modules: online ordering, menu management, branch administration, and order processing. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, pricing, and specific operational challenges faced by the Pakistani hospitality sector. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long\-lasting customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on technology solutions for restaurant operations. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a smooth handover to the implementation team. Reporting \& Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales, track pipeline activities, and report on sales performance to senior management. **Required Qualifications** Experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in B2B software sales, technology consulting, or a related field. Industry Expertise: Proven experience (sales or consulting) with B2B software, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or Point\-of\-Sale (POS) technology sector. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the restaurant, hospitality, or food service industry is highly desirable. Location: Must be based in Pakistan with a strong understanding of the local business culture and market dynamics.
