Job Description
Job Title: Sales Manager\- PV Utility Company: Tier 1 PV Manufacturer Location: Dubai, UAE. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Utility Renewable Energy sector at the MENA level. The successful candidate will be responsible for new customer development, key account acquisition, and the management of existing key accounts. They will work closely with high\-level stakeholders to drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and market expansion. This role demands strong leadership, a deep understanding of the solar utility industry, and the ability to build and maintain long\-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities * Develop new customer relationships and acquire key accounts in the utility renewable energy * sector. * Take full ownership of assigned key account customers, ensuring their needs are met and * relationships are maintained. * Lead negotiations and provide support at the C\-level with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs. * Identify and analyze customer requirements for products and services, ensuring alignment with the company's offerings. * Take responsibility for achieving key account sales targets and overall business growth. * Collaborate with the solution engineering team to ensure customer requirements are addressed in * product development and service delivery. * Present new products and services to key accounts, positioning the company as a leader in the * renewable energy market. * Stay informed about industry trends and conduct market analysis to drive sales growth. * Develop innovative sales strategies to capture new business opportunities and strengthen * relationships with existing customers. * Analyze sales potential, identifying key areas for growth and improvement. * Manage and coordinate the activities of subordinate account managers to achieve company goals. * Oversee sales initiatives and strategies in specially assigned sectors, ensuring successful execution. Qualifications * Minimum 5 years of experience in the utility renewable energy sector. * Fluent in spoken and written business English; additional languages are advantageous. * Extensive experience working with Utilities, Investors, Developers, and EPCs. * Strong background in contract negotiations, particularly with senior management and C\-level executives. * A polished and cultivated business attitude, with a professional demeanor and attention to detail. * Possibility of working remotely, demonstrating self\-discipline and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from different locations. * A team player with a proven ability to work cross\-functionally and manage internal and external stakeholders.
