Our client Conexus is looking for a Sales Manager \- Oil and Gas Sector in Karachi, Lahore
The Sales Manager at Conexus plays a pivotal role in driving the company's commercial success within the oil and gas sector and multinational markets. This position requires a dedicated leader with a minimum of five years of experience, capable of developing effective sales strategies, generating leads, and negotiating deals to meet and exceed financial targets. The role involves engaging in both presales and post\-sales activities, ensuring robust client relationships and satisfaction. Working six days a week, the Sales Manager oversees the entire sales process from initial client qualification to after\-sales service, promoting sustained business growth and client retention.
In this leadership role, the Sales Manager is responsible for managing a team of three professionals, guiding them towards achieving the commercial business plans and income generation targets set by Conexuss Chief Executive Officer or Managing Director. This includes coordinating sales efforts, motivating the team, and implementing plans that align with the companys strategic objectives. Success in this role requires strong skills in sales strategy development, lead generation, negotiation, and team leadership, along with a commitment to meeting all financial and operational goals.
**Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies targeting the oil and gas sector and multinational clients to drive revenue growth.
* Lead presales activities including prequalification processes to identify and qualify potential business opportunities.
* Manage all post\-sales services to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and ensure ongoing client relationship management.
* Take full ownership of Conexuss commercial business plans, ensuring that income generation targets and sales goals are achieved.
* Effectively lead and mentor a team of three sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment and driving team performance.
* Collaborate closely with senior management, including the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, to align sales objectives with overall company goals.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, negotiating terms and conditions to secure favorable agreements.
* Plan and prioritize daily sales activities and schedules, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations throughout the sales process.
* Organize regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
* Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior leadership, highlighting progress toward financial targets.
* Coordinate with other departments to support seamless customer service and delivery.
* Adapt to changing market conditions by anticipating client needs and adjusting sales tactics accordingly.
* Demonstrate commitment to working six days a week, maintaining productivity and availability to meet business demands.
