**Sales Manager – Nordics \& Baltics (Building Materials / Engineered Wood Products)** Mackinnon Bruce, on behalf of a long\-standing client, is delighted to present an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial leader to join a leading manufacturer within the engineered wood and decorative panel products sector, as Sales Manager for the Nordics. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, market development, and strategic customer engagement across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland. The successful candidate will take ownership of key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and optimise the organisation’s market approach across a diverse and high\-potential region. Key Responsibilities * Lead and execute the commercial strategy across the Nordics, driving revenue growth and market share. * Build, develop, and maintain a strong network of industrial customers and distribution partners across the region. * Manage and grow key accounts, taking direct ownership of top\-tier customers. * Drive new business development within industrial segments (e.g. furniture, flooring, and related manufacturing sectors). * Ensure strong product availability across distribution channels, working closely with selected partners to maximise market coverage. * Promote a high value\-added product portfolio, including particleboard, fiberboard, laminates, decorative panels, and worktops. * Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain, and Customer Management teams. * Develop and implement effective marketing initiatives to support product positioning and sales growth. * Utilise CRM and SAP systems to manage pipeline, reporting, and customer activity. * Responsibility of \>€20m turnover * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements to inform strategic decisions. Candidate Profile * Proven experience in a senior B2B sales or commercial role within building materials, engineered wood products, or adjacent industries. * Strong track record of managing key accounts and delivering consistent revenue growth in multi\-channel sales environments. * Experience selling technical, specification\-driven products with longer and more complex sales cycles. * Demonstrated success in new business development within industrial and distribution customer segments. * Strong leadership capability with the potential to develop into a broader senior leadership role. * Commercially astute, entrepreneurial mindset with a hands\-on and proactive approach. * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple internal and external parties. * Fluent in English; additional Nordic language skills (particularly Swedish) are highly advantageous. German is also a plus. * Familiarity with CRM systems and SAP is desirable. * Willingness to travel regularly across the region and to manufacturing sites in Europe. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
