Our client Nimir Industrial Chemicals Ltd. is looking for a Sales Manager \- Lithium Battery \& Energy Storage Solutions in Islamabad, Karachi, Lahore Nimir Industrial Chemicals Ltd. seeks a highly skilled Sales Manager specializing in lithium battery and energy storage solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in battery technology and energy storage systems, coupled with strategic sales planning and customer relationship management capabilities. This role requires a proactive individual who drives consistent revenue growth, identifies new business opportunities, and executes comprehensive market analysis and competitor research to maintain a competitive edge. The position demands advanced skills in technical product presentation, contract negotiation, and project and sales pipeline management to successfully navigate the dynamic and evolving energy storage market. The Sales Manager will focus on developing strong partnerships with distributors, dealers, and key clients throughout assigned territories including Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. Although this role does not involve team management Responsibilities , it requires excellent cross\-functional collaboration with internal departments to align business strategies with market demands. Candidates should hold an MBA or BBA and bring 5 to 7 years of proven sales experience in the batteries, energy storage, or renewable energy sectors, demonstrating a consistent ability to meet or exceed sales targets and foster business development initiatives. **Responsibilities** * Drive sales targets for lithium batteries and energy storage products, ensuring consistent and measurable revenue growth in assigned regions. * Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities in the lithium battery and energy storage sectors to expand market share. * Build and sustain strong, lasting relationships with distributors, dealers, and key customers to maximize sales channels and customer satisfaction. * Manage and grow relationships with channel partners, optimizing distribution networks across Islamabad, Lahore, and Karachi. * Conduct detailed market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic sales planning and maintain industry leadership. * Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, detailed performance reports, and insightful sales analyses to guide business decisions. * Deliver compelling technical product presentations that clearly convey the advantages and specifications of battery management systems and energy storage solutions. * Negotiate contracts and sales agreements effectively, ensuring favorable terms that align with company objectives and customer needs. * Manage the sales pipeline meticulously, tracking progress and implementing strategies to close deals efficiently. * Collaborate closely with cross\-functional teams—including marketing, product development, and engineering—to align product offerings with customer requirements and market trends. * Utilize expertise in battery technology, including electrochemical analysis, battery management systems (BMS), and energy storage system modeling, to support the sales process and resolve technical queries. * Stay informed about advancements in battery technology and energy storage markets to proactively advise clients and adapt sales strategies.
