The successful candidate will drive revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with marketing, product development, and senior management teams to align sales goals with the broader company objectives. The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the complete sales process, mentoring team members, and monitoring key performance indicators to optimize business development activities. The position demands deep knowledge of sales strategy development, customer relationship management, negotiation techniques, market analysis, and sales data analytics. The ideal candidate will have a bachelors or masters degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer, or a related field and at least five years of proven experience in industrial machinery sales, including prior sales management.
