**Job Responsibilities:**
* Manage the **commercial activity in the assigned areas, markets and clients** in order to achieve an increase in sales figures.
* Develop the work of market **prospecting for the search of new** business **opportunities**, customers, ...
* Manage the **negotiation** with clients of the operations that will proceed.
* Manage **commercial offers**, taking care of their **quality**. Maintain a correct **follow\-up** of the offers in order to achieve the successful completion of the commercial operations.
* Supervise offers to **know the positioning of the company** (and the competition) in the market, and to understand the factors and motivations that define the choices made by customers.
* Manage **customer suggestions, requests and complaints** in order to improve the overall business response and the level of **customer satisfaction.**
* Keep **up\-to\-date the databases** on customers and the market to facilitate the analysis of information and decision\-making that lead to a better response to the market and a better positioning of the company.
* Manage the **customer account**, the commercial risk of operations, intervening in the necessary steps to improve collection indicators and avoid late payments by customers.
* Maintain **continuous communication and coordination** of the activities developed with **Commercial Management and Head Office**, in order to establish the most interesting commercial policies and review the commercial strategies to be promoted.
**Requirements:**
* Knowledge of the food sector (focus on the agricultural sector).
* Previous experience in industrial equipment sales (preferably machinery in the packaging or food processing sector).
* Willingness to travel.
* Advanced level of English.
