This role is critical to driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and strengthening distribution across retail, wholesale, and institutional channels. The ideal candidate will be commercially sharp, hands\-on, and capable of building strong market linkages. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 Drive sales volume, revenue growth, and market expansion Develop and manage distributor, wholesale, and retail networks Identify and onboard new business channels and key accounts (HORECA, modern trade, etc.) Monitor market pricing, competitor activity, and demand trends Provide actionable market insights to support strategic decisions Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment Manage customer relationships and key accounts effectively Ensure timely collections, receivables management, and credit discipline 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 5–10 years of relevant sales experience (Poultry / FMCG preferred) Strong network within wholesale markets, retail chains, and HORECA segment Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth Hands\-on experience in distribution management and channel development Strong understanding of pricing strategy and market dynamics Ability to manage collections and minimize credit risk Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿 Commercially driven and target\-oriented mindset Strong market presence and relationship\-building ability Problem\-solving approach with execution focus Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, growth\-oriented environment 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 Interested candidates are encouraged to apply on priority. 📧 Send your resume to: Sufyan.farooq@fulcrum\-pk.com
