We are now expanding our Go\-To\-Market organization with a major investment in the Swedish market—and this is your opportunity to join at an early and exciting stage. You will drive new business for our comprehensive supply chain solutions—from planning to execution—helping customers such as Electrolux Professional, ABB, Campari, and Metso achieve more efficient, resilient, and profitable operations.
**What the role is all about**
As a Sales Manager, you play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth in Sweden. This is a position for someone who thrives on opening new doors, creating opportunities, and closing strategic business. Unlike account\-management roles focused on maintaining existing customers, this is a full\-cycle new business role with high activity and strong ownership.
You report directly to the Head of Sales Sweden and collaborate closely with our team of supply chain experts who support you in technical discussions. Your primary focus is commercial—understanding customer challenges and driving the sales process from first contact to signed agreement.
This is a hybrid and flexible role. While we have an office in Stockholm (Hammarby Sjöstad), our Swedish team is geographically distributed. What matters most is who you are and what you deliver—not where you live.
**Sales Responsibilities**
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within manufacturing and wholesale industries.
* Drive the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and first meetings to negotiation and closing.
* Build long\-term relationships by understanding customer supply chain and logistics processes.
* Actively contribute to building and expanding our Swedish customer base.
* Act as an ambassador for Elisa Industriq, representing us with professionalism and credibility.
**Background \& Profile**
We are looking for the right mindset and personality rather than the “perfect CV.” Your drive, curiosity, and initiative matter most. You enjoy shaping new ways of working, taking ownership, and collaborating with others to achieve shared success.
**We believe you have:**
* **Understanding or strong interest in supply chain \& logistics**
, with the ability to quickly grasp customer operations.
* **B2B sales experience**
, preferably with a focus on new business. Experience in software sales is a plus, but your ambition to succeed is even more important.
* **Fearlessness and confidence**
, especially in engaging senior decision\-makers.
* **A structured and disciplined approach**
, valuing CRM accuracy (we use HubSpot).
* **Strong communication skills in Swedish and English**
, both written and spoken.
