Sales Manager - Egypt

**Role Description** B3 International is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and expand our business in the Egypt market. The **Sales Manager – Egypt** will lead the company’s growth and channel operations in Egypt, working closely with distributors, system integrators (SIs), MEP contractors, and consultants. The role involves developing B3’s market presence, managing channel strategy, and ensuring sustainable growth through partnerships, approvals, and efficient stock coordination. **Qualifications** * Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets * Experience in business development and building long\-term client relationships * **Knowledge of technical sales, experience in the cables industry** * Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and execute effective territory plans * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills * **Familiarity with the Egypt market** * Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electricity and telecommunications, or a related field
