Job Description
We are working with a leading food production business operating across the UAE who are seeking to expand its B2B commercial team. The company produces high\-quality, nutritionally balanced meals at scale, serving a diverse client base across sectors such as fitness, retail, corporate, and food service.
As part of this growth, there is a requirement for a commercially driven B2B Sales Manager to support the development of contract\-based revenue streams and optimise production capacity.
**The Role**
This is a target\-driven position focused on generating and converting new B2B opportunities across multiple channels. The successful individual will be responsible for promoting a broad range of production capabilities, including branded offerings, private label solutions, bulk supply, and ready\-to\-sell products.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across the UAE market
* Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospective clients
* Carry out proactive outreach through calls, meetings, and in\-person visits
* Present tailored solutions aligned to client needs and operational capabilities
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to closing
* Negotiate commercial terms in line with volume, margin, and delivery feasibility
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure commercial viability of new agreements
* Support onboarding and implementation of new contracts
* Develop existing accounts to increase volume and long\-term value
**Focus Areas**
* Engage with sectors such as fitness, retail, corporate organisations, education, and other high\-volume consumer environments
* Secure medium to large\-scale supply agreements
* Contribute to overall revenue growth and improved utilisation of production capacity
**Performance Metrics**
* Consistent new business generation and deal conversion
* Ongoing pipeline development and revenue contribution
* Increased utilisation of operational capacity
* Growth and retention of key accounts
* Typical contract sizes vary depending on scope and volume, generally ranging from mid to high\-value monthly agreements.
**Experience Required**
* 4–6 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the UAE market
* Background in food production, FMCG, catering, or a related sector is beneficial
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals
* Strong commercial acumen, including pricing and margin awareness
* Ability to collaborate cross\-functionally with operational teams
* Self\-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a performance\-led environment
* Adaptable in managing a varied product offering and client base
