Job Description
We are looking for a Sales leader with extensive exposure in Middle East/UAE market. The person is expected to have strong existing CXO relationships in Top Banks and should have consistent track record of achieving sales targets. The person is expected to focus and win large and complex enterprise deals. An experience in Core Banking/Lending or Transaction Banking in UAE will be an added advantage. The role will report into the Head of the Region for Aurionpro Solutions.

Aurionpro offers solutions catering to BFSI segment including Transaction Banking suite of products called iCashpro\+ (Corporate Internet Banking, Cash Management, Virtual Account Management, Liquidity Management, Trade Finance \& Supply Chain Finance), Lending for Banks and NBFCs (Loan Origination Solution for Retail \& Corporate Banking, Loan Management and Collections).

Sales:
1\. Responsible for architecting the sales strategy and execution of sales plan for region to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
2\. Own and exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
3\. Create and deliver account strategies to win big contracts.
4\. Prepare financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning.
5\. Strengthen market presence by strategizing next steps, negotiating big, complex deals.
6\. Liaise with peer groups to execute Go\-to\-Market plan
7\. Identify and onboard Partners
8\. Create/Manage CXO relationships
Customer Liaising:
1\. Establish, foster partnerships and relationships with key customers to understand their business needs and objectives
2\. Develop cross sales by linking in\-house solutions and services to customer needs. Understand industry and market trends and gather market intelligence to engage with customers for future business prospects.
3\. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and first level presentations
Stakeholder Management:
1\. Work collaboratively across business units like, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Leadership etc. to develop and close strategic business deals.
2\. Provide insights on market dynamics, product differentiation in competition, latest trend and liaise with product team to capture this.
Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
1\. Superior communication, presentation and Leadership skills in managing multiple stakeholders.
