Job Description
**ROLE OVERVIEW**
The Online Sales \& Bookings Executive is the front line of our revenue engine. You will manage all inbound inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels—responding to 300 to 400\+ messages every single day. Your job is simple: reply fast, build trust, close the deal, and make sure no lead slips through the cracks. Beyond closing, you will actively contribute to creating new offers, packages, and promotions that drive bookings and increase average order value.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Online Sales \& Deal Closing**
* Manage and respond to 300–400\+ daily messages across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, and any other active channels with speed and professionalism.
* Own the full sales cycle from first inquiry to confirmed booking: qualify the lead, present the right package, handle objections, negotiate when needed, and close.
* Maintain a relentless follow\-up system—no lead goes cold. Chase pending replies, send reminders, and re\-engage past inquiries systematically.
* Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue targets consistently.
**Booking \& Order Management**
* Process and confirm all online bookings for dine\-in reservations, private events, catering orders, and special occasion packages.
* Coordinate with the kitchen and operations team to ensure every confirmed booking is communicated accurately with all details (date, time, guest count, menu, special requests).
* Maintain an organized booking tracker or CRM with real\-time status updates so nothing falls through the cracks.
* Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and rescheduling with a customer\-first approach that protects revenue.
**Offer \& Promotion Development**
* Collaborate with management to design new deals, combo offers, seasonal promotions, and event packages that drive bookings and increase ticket size.
* Analyze which offers convert best and which fall flat; use real data from daily conversations to recommend what customers actually want.
* Propose upsell and cross\-sell strategies (add\-ons, upgrades, premium packages) that increase revenue per booking.
* Help craft compelling offer copy and talking points that can be used across social media, stories, and direct messages.
**Customer Relationship \& Reputation**
* Deliver a premium, on\-brand communication experience in every message—friendly, professional, and persuasive.
* Build long\-term relationships with repeat customers, corporate clients, and event planners to generate recurring revenue.
* Collect and relay customer feedback to management; flag trends, complaints, and opportunities in real time.
* Encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews and share their experience on social media.
**Reporting \& Accountability**
* Submit a daily end\-of\-day report summarizing: total messages handled, bookings confirmed, revenue closed, pending leads, and lost deals with reasons.
* Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards tracking conversion rates, response times, top\-performing offers, and revenue generated.
* Participate in weekly sales reviews with management to discuss performance, pipeline, and upcoming opportunities.
**REQUIREMENTS \& QUALIFICATIONS**
* **Experience:**
2–5 years in online sales, telesales, customer engagement, or a high\-volume message\-handling role—preferably in hospitality, F\&B, or e\-commerce.
* **Sales DNA:**
Proven ability to close deals through chat\-based and digital communication; you live in WhatsApp and Instagram and you know how to convert.
* **High\-Volume Capacity:**
Ability to manage 300–400\+ messages daily without dropping quality or missing leads. You are fast, organized, and never overwhelmed.
* **Communication Skills:**
Exceptional written communication in both Urdu and English; you can switch tone from casual to corporate in a heartbeat.
* **Tech Savvy:**
Comfortable with CRM tools, booking systems, Google Sheets, and social media platforms.
* **Closer Mentality:**
You genuinely enjoy selling. You see every message as a potential deal, and you don’t stop until it’s closed or clearly dead.
* **Creative Thinking:**
Ability to think on your feet, suggest new offers, and spot revenue opportunities that others miss.
