Job Description
**Job Summary**
:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive \- (Etisalat \- Hunting \-B2B sales) through outdoor activities. The candidate will identify business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and achieve sales targets by offering tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
:
- **Business Development**
:
* Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and field visits and identify potential clients and industries for business expansion.
- **Client Engagement**
:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
* Understand client requirements and present suitable products or services.
* Provide after\-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- **Sales Planning and Execution**
:
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.
- **Reporting and Documentation**
:
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions using CRM tools.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
Requirements
**Qualifications**
:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
* 1\-3 years of experience in outdoor or B2B sales.
* Proficiency in selling GSM connections (Postpaid, Fiber, and Business On).
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
**Key Skills and Competencies**
:
* Proven track record in outdoor sales (B2B experience preferred).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship\-building abilities.
* Self\-motivated, goal\-oriented, and able to work independently.
* Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced and competitive environment.
