Job Description
**Purpose of the Role:**
Drive new member growth and retention by managing the full sales cycle, engaging leads effectively, and converting them into active members.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Acquisition**
* Understand and work toward volume and financial targets.
* Manage the lead pipeline: calling, cleaning, qualifying, and advancing leads.
* Monitor daily lead volume, quality, and source performance.
* Maintain a healthy sales funnel to ensure enough leads for conversions.
**Retention**
* Act as key account manager for an assigned customer base.
* Manage inbound/outbound calling: follow\-ups, consumption issues, satisfaction checks, expiring members, and complaints.
* Schedule member consultations and recommendations with coaches.
**Admin**
* Prepare and present reports to the Sales Manager.
* Maintain customer profiles and update acquisition/retention forecasts.
* Track progress against targets and recommend adjustments.
* Provide daily updates on sales performance.
Qualifications:
* 5\+ years working in Sales and Customer Experience roles – at least 2 years in Fitness/Wellness industry
