**Purpose of the Job**
This role is responsible for driving sales performance and efficiency through data\-driven insights and strategic initiatives. The individual will play a key role in enhancing sales force effectiveness, improving distribution efficiency, and supporting the overall growth of the organization.
**Key Deliverables / KPIs:**
* **Analyze sales data to identify key trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, enabling data\-driven decision\-making for the sales teams.**
* **Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to enhance sales force effectiveness and achieve revenue targets, supporting the company's growth objectives.**
* **Design and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to sales management, ensuring transparency and accountability.**
* **Collaborate with cross\-functional teams, to align sales strategies fostering a cohesive and integrated approach.**
* **Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and threats, informing sales strategies and tactics.**
* **Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales programs and initiatives, providing recommendations for optimization and improvement, maximizing ROI.**
**Education:**
MBA from Tier\-1 business schools preferred
**Years of Experience:**
3 – 6 Years
**Industry Experience:**
FMCG/Beverage Industry preferred
**Skills \& Competencies**
* Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales data and extract actionable insights to drive sales performance improvements.
* Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
* Strong proficiency in data visualization tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
* Solid understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
