**Position Summary** The Sales Director will lead UOVO Wine's national sales strategy and execution, driving new revenue growth and expanding our presence among wine collectors and luxury clients across the United States and internationally. This executive\-level role requires strategic leadership, exceptional relationship\-building skills, and the ability to guide and motivate a high\-performing sales team. This role oversees revenue planning, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance accountability, while maintaining a seamless and elevated client experience that aligns with UOVO Wine's luxury brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead UOVO Wine's overall sales strategy, establishing annual revenue targets, goals, and KPIs across markets. * Manage, coach, and develop a high\-performing national sales team. * Build and maintain strong client relationships with high\-net\-worth collectors and commercial clients, providing tailored solutions across storage, sales, wine acquisitions, logistics, and inventory management. * Identify and execute growth opportunities to expand the collector base and enhance client success. * Develop and implement standardized sales processes, pricing models, new products, enablement and CRM tools, and sales training programs. * Drive lead generation and outreach strategy in partnership with Marketing and Events. * Own revenue forecasting, budgeting, pipeline reviews, and performance dashboards to ensure accuracy and accountability for relevant segments. * Collaborate with Operations, Client Experience, and Finance to ensure seamless execution post\-sale. * Represent UOVO Wine at key industry events and client gatherings. * Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent aligned to the company's growth strategy. * Monitor competitive insights, price positioning, and market trends **Required Skills \& Abilities** * Demonstrated success leading a high\-performing sales organization. * Experience developing and executing strategic sales plans. * Proven ability to build long\-term client relationships with discretion and professionalism. * Strong analytical skills and experience managing CRM\-driven pipeline operations. * Ability to develop and maintain CRM dashboards and segment reporting alongside CFO and accounting team. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. * Experience managing multi\-location or remote sales organizations. * Highly collaborative with strong organizational and time management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience within the fine wine industry or luxury consumer services. * Existing relationships across the collector ecosystem (auction houses, importers, private client advisors, luxury networks). * Track record scaling sales operations and driving growth in new or emerging markets. * Advanced education or certifications (WSET, CMS, MBA, leadership programs). **Education \& Experience** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * 7\-10\+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Proven record of meeting or exceeding team\-level revenue goals. **Travel** * Travel to major wine markets, collector events, and market activations as needed. **Compensation \& Benefits** Competitive base salary plus performance\-based incentive compensation, commensurate with experience.
