**Sr. Sales Director – Nordics Countries (Telecom) \- Digital BSS solutions: Catalogue, Commerce, CPQ/CLM, DBSS, Loyalty \& Reward**
**Grade:**
T3 (Sr Director – Telecom Sales, potential VP elevation)
**Compensation:**
$200K – $210K Base \+ Variable (70:30\)
About the Role
A leading Telecom Giant is seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead business in the UK and Ireland. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with key accounts, including Telecom, mobile and network\-providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in telecom sales, digital transformation, and enterprise solution selling.

: Catalogue, Commerce, CPQ/CLM, DBSS, Loyalty \& Rewards, MarTech.
* Knowledge of
**AI and emerging market trends**
impacting telecom.
* Strong
**network with senior stakeholders \& CxOs**
within key accounts.
* Excellent
**solution\-selling skills**
and ability to influence
**C\-level executives**

* Understanding of
**SaaS sales models**
and partner ecosystems.
