**Sales Director \- North America (Remote/Rosedale BC)**

**Qualitree Propagators is one of Canada's leading wholesale nurseries \- growing and supplying the young plants that beautify gardens and homes across North America. Built over 30 years from two people in a greenhouse to 100 acres and a team that genuinely cares about what they grow and who they grow it for.**
**We are looking for a Sales Director who is ready to lead from the front \- owning commercial performance across North America, building and leading a remote team of Regional Sales Representatives and helping shape the next chapter of a business with real ambition to grow.**
**This is a genuine leadership role. You will set the sales strategy, build the team and sit at the top table \- with a real stake in where the business goes next.**

**· Revenue and margin targets met \- across the team's regions and your own portfolio.**

**If this sounds like you:**
**· You have proven experience in senior sales or commercial leadership \- carrying personal targets alongside leading a team.**
**· You know how to find and win new business at a senior level \- not just manage what is already there.**
**· You are comfortable leading a remote team \- keeping people accountable, motivated and connected without micromanaging.**
**· You thrive working remotely and independently \- and are equally energized by regular in\-person time with your team and at our Rosedale, BC base.**
**· You have experience with major retail or wholesale accounts \- comfortable in a room with a serious buyer.**
**· You are commercially driven and ambitious \- for the business as much as for yourself.**
**· You take ownership and make decisions \- you do not need hand\-holding.**
**A horticulture background is useful but not essential \- what matters most is your ability to connect with a product and a brand you believe in**
