Sales Director

A retained search is underway for a **Director of Sales** to lead commercial growth for a manufacturer of plastic films serving packaging, industrial, and specialty markets across North America. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a national sales team, and developing strategic account plans with customers using films for protective, containment, and packaging applications. The position requires strong strategic sales leadership and knowledge of plastics manufacturing, with the ability to translate experience from adjacent plastic packaging or polymer\-based industries into film applications.
