**Sales Director – North America** With over a decade of success behind them, our client is a dynamic and fast\-growing HR and financial services software provider making a real impact on a global scale. Partnering with leading organisations across industries such as technology, retail, and hospitality (including renowned names like Avalara and Databricks) they’ve built a reputation for delivering innovative, high\-value solutions. They’re now looking for an driven Sales Director to take charge of a high\-performing team of 7–10 direct reports. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced sales leader to elevate an already successful, high\-volume sales function\- driving performance, nurturing talent, and playing a key role in scaling the team for continued long\-term growth. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in the USA or Canada, with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. **Responsibilities** * Establish \& execute the regional sales strategy for North America, aligned with company growth targets * Lead a team of Account Executives; provide training, development support and drive quota attainment through establishing KPIs with the team * Develop a strong culture within the team * Implement strategies for performance improvement when necessary * Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to grow the team further * Conduct weekly forecasting calls \& pipeline reviews with the team, championing best practices * Maintain up\-to\-date CRM system * Partner with wider internal teams (e.g. Marketing) to ensure wider success across the organisation * Provide feedback to relevant internal teams \& stakeholders when necessary **The Successful Candidate** * 3\+ years sales leadership experience * Experience managing teams of 5 or more is essential * Experience leading teams who are conducting a high volume of sales * Exposure to enterprise\-level sales leadership would be a plus but not essential * A connection to the Netsuite ecosystem is ideal, otherwise working for organisations selling into the office of the CFO * Based in the USA or Canada **Sales Director Package** * Basic salary: $150,000 USD * OTE: x2 * Healthcare options * Pension options * Annual leave options * Remote opportunity
