We are seeking an accomplished Sales Director – Middle East to lead our business growth in the region. This is a high\-impact sales leadership role focused on driving new business, managing key accounts, and positioning Clari5 as the partner of choice for banks and financial institutions in the Middle East.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead end\-to\-end enterprise sales cycles: prospecting, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and closures
* Achieve and exceed revenue targets while expanding Clari5’s footprint in the Middle East
* Build strong C\-level relationships across banks, regulators, and financial institutions
* Collaborate with pre\-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to deliver winning client solutions
* Represent Clari5 at industry events, forums, and client engagements in the region
* Manage partner relationships with system integrators, consultants, and channel partners
**Qualifications \& Experience**
* 10\+ years of enterprise sales experience in banking technology / fintech
* Proven track record selling fraud management, AML, and compliance solutions
* Strong product and pre\-sales background in financial crime risk management is mandatory
* Deep experience and established network within the Middle East banking sector
* Strong skills in customer engagement, solution selling, and account management
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities
* Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced, high\-growth environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
