Sales Director — Legal AI Ketrone \| GCC\-Based (UAE) About Ketrone Ketrone is the world's first ambient legal AI ecosystem engineered for global\-minded lawyers. We don't bolt AI onto existing workflows — we replace fragmented tools with a single, intelligent platform that thinks, researches, drafts, and analyzes across jurisdictions and languages simultaneously. Our platform spans AI\-powered legal research across millions of documents, multilingual contract analysis, firm knowledge management, and seamless Microsoft Word integration — all built for the realities of cross\-border legal practice. We operate at the intersection of law, language, and artificial intelligence. And we are just getting started. The Opportunity This is a founding commercial role. You will be the first dedicated salesperson at Ketrone, working directly alongside the founders to build the revenue engine from the ground up. You won't be starting from zero — our marketing campaigns generate inbound leads for small and mid\-size firms, and the founding team leads relationships with the largest enterprise accounts. Your job is to own the middle and make it scale: converting qualified leads, closing deals, and building the repeatable process that grows with the company. What You Will Do *Drive Revenue Across Small and Mid\-Size Firms* ·      Own the full sales cycle for small and mid\-size law firms and corporate in\-house legal teams — from first conversation to signed contract ·      Convert inbound leads generated by Ketrone's marketing campaigns and develop outbound strategies to expand the pipeline ·      Build lasting client relationships that grow from initial contracts into long\-term accounts *Support Enterprise Engagements* ·      Assist the founding team on larger enterprise opportunities with Magic Circle firms and Tier\-1 in\-house legal departments — supporting outreach, proposals, and follow\-through ·      Help develop and refine the pitch, materials, and process used across all deal sizes *Be a Trusted Advisor* ·      Diagnose how law firms and legal departments currently work — research, analysis, knowledge management, drafting — and articulate precisely where Ketrone changes the equation ·      Speak credibly about AI in law, data residency, and digital transformation at the decision\-maker level *Own Your Numbers* ·      Hit a clear annual sales target calibrated to your compensation — we expect 5x your cost in closed revenue per year ·      Maintain accurate deal tracking and forecasting in CRM at all times What We Are Looking For (Applicants unable to meet these criteria will not be considered) ·      Based in the UAE or able to relocate to the UAE ·      Full professional fluency in Arabic and English ·      At least 10 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, LegalTech, AI, or professional services ·      Proven track record of closing deals and managing a client portfolio independently ·      Comfortable selling to lawyers, partners, and legal operations leads ·      An existing network in the UAE and GCC legal community is a strong advantage ·      CRM proficiency and enough technical grounding to hold your own in conversations about data privacy and AI ·      Someone who builds the process, not someone who waits for it The First 12 Months ·      By Day 90: Full command of the Ketrone platform, clear ownership of your target segment, and first deals in progress ·      By Day 180: Consistent pipeline of small and mid\-size firm deals closing, first enterprise assists completed alongside the founding team ·      By Day 365: Annual revenue target achieved and a documented, repeatable sales playbook ready to scale Who Thrives Here You are rigorous, relationship\-driven, and genuinely curious about AI and law.
