Job Description
We are supporting a fast\-growing healthtech business operating across the UAE and KSA, focused on transforming healthcare delivery through tech\-enabled solutions including at\-home diagnostics, wellness services, and healthcare access. **The Role** We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale the B2B sales and partnerships function across the region. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a high\-performing commercial team. You will play a key role in defining and executing the go\-to\-market strategy across healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and execute the B2B sales and partnerships strategy across UAE \& KSA * Own the full sales cycle from pipeline development to deal closure * Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare providers, insurers, and corporate clients * Develop and structure strategic commercial partnerships * Collaborate with product and marketing teams on go\-to\-market strategy * Build, lead, and scale a high\-performing sales team * Define KPIs and drive a strong performance\-led sales culture **Requirements** * 10\+ years of experience in sales leadership roles * Strong background in B2B sales, partnerships, or enterprise commercial roles * Experience in healthcare, healthtech, insurance, or related sectors preferred * Proven track record of building and leading sales teams * Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills * Experience in high\-growth environments * UAE / GCC experience is a plus **What’s on offer** * Senior regional leadership role * Opportunity to build and scale a core revenue function * Competitive package including equity * High\-growth, fast\-paced environment
