**About the Role** Azizi Developments is seeking a dynamic and results\-driven **Sales Director** to lead and scale our high\-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience within a **real estate developer environment** , strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering sales targets in the UAE property market. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, mentor, and manage a **sales team of 10\+ members** , ensuring high performance and target achievement. * Develop and execute strategic **sales plans** aligned with the company’s growth objectives. * Drive property sales across off\-plan and ready projects while maximizing revenue opportunities. * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand within the UAE real estate sector. * Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners. * Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and senior leadership to optimize sales campaigns and lead conversion. * Set sales targets, track team performance, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs. * Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for the sales team. **Requirements** * **Proven experience working with a real estate developer** in the UAE is mandatory. * Minimum **8–12 years of real estate sales experience** , with **at least 3–5 years in a leadership role** . * Demonstrated experience **managing a team of 10\+ sales professionals** . * Strong understanding of the **Dubai real estate market** , off\-plan sales, and developer sales processes. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. **Preferred Skills** * Strong network within the UAE real estate brokerage community. * Strategic thinking with strong analytical and decision\-making abilities. * Exceptional communication and presentation skills. **Why Join Us** Join Azizi Developments and be part of one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, contributing to iconic developments and a fast\-growing portfolio across Dubai.
