Our client Rozee is looking for a Sales and Marketing Deputy Manager in Lahore
Rozee is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager for Sales and Marketing to drive regional sales growth and establish strong market presence in the CR/GI product lines. The ideal candidate brings at least 12 years of relevant sales experience and possesses deep expertise in customer relationship management, B2B business development, and strategic decision\-making within industrial sectors such as steel and related products. Located in Lahore, this full\-time role demands a proactive professional who can effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, provide insightful market analysis, and confidently forecast product demand to meet dynamic customer needs. , it plays a critical role in collaborating across departments to ensure seamless order processing and delivery coordination.
**Responsibilities**
* Achieve and exceed assigned regional sales targets specifically for CR/GI product lines by employing effective sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.
* Develop and nurture strong relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and end\-users to ensure client retention and expand business opportunities.
* Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers across diverse sectors including automotive, construction, and industrial markets, enhancing the companys market share.
* Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to generate valuable insights for product positioning and strategic planning.
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders, coordinate dispatch activities, and maintain smooth coordination with internal teams including production and logistics.
* Utilize SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Module proficiently to manage contracts, process sales orders, maintain customer ledgers, and generate detailed performance reports.
* Promote multiple product grades and finishes, increasing product penetration and adapting marketing efforts to evolving customer requirements.
* Provide forecasting on product demand and collaborate closely with supply chain and production teams to align inventory and production schedules with sales projections.
* Apply strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals that contribute to profitability and long\-term business relationships.
* Maintain up\-to\-date knowledge of steel structures, industrial products, and emerging market trends to offer expert advice to customers and internal stakeholders.
* Leverage customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, follow up on leads, and optimize customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
* Offer strategic input to support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility and revenue growth.
* Adhere to company policies and industry regulations while conducting all business activities, ensuring ethical standards and customer trust.
