**Role Description**
· Drive and grow sales activities across the Nordic region, ensuring strong market presence for our products and services
· Identify, engage, and develop new customers and market segments, with a proactive and opportunity‑focused approach
· Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers and partners
· Represent LASER COMPONENTS at industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings
· Provide valuable customer and market insights to support product management, development teams, and strategic decision‑making within our global organization
**Qualifications**
· Highly self\-motivated and proactive, with a structured approach to identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities
· Industry experience within photonics, electronics, or high\-tech components
· Demonstrated success in managing complex, long\-cycle B2B sales processes, sustaining long\-term strategic partnerships and closing high\-value deals
· Comfortable with and motivated by a travel\-intensive work schedule
· Strong communicator with the ability to engage effectively in discussions about technical products and specifications with engineers or R\&D teams, as well as commercial terms and contracts with senior procurement managers and executive management
