The ideal candidate will provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, ensuring smooth and efficient automation operations. ### **Key Responsibilities** Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in **RPA processes and bots**. Provide **technical support and maintenance** for deployed RPA solutions. Collaborate with RPA developers, business analysts, and operations teams. Ensure **high availability and performance** of automation workflows. Maintain documentation for RPA processes, issues, and resolutions. Assist in **upgrades, deployments, and process enhancements**. Identify opportunities for **process optimization and automation improvements**. ### **Required Skills \& Qualifications** Strong experience in **RPA support and maintenance**, preferably with **UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere**. Knowledge of **RPA architecture, workflows, and best practices**. Experience with **troubleshooting bots and resolving technical issues**. Familiarity with **SQL, scripting, and basic programming concepts**. Strong analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills. ### **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with **RPA deployment in enterprise environments**. Familiarity with **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)** for automation solutions. Knowledge of **Agile/Scrum methodologies**.
