About the Job: An opportunity has arisen to join the Rooms Division team at Jumeirah Beachfront properties in Dubai. We are hiring for the following positions with the starting date of September 2026: \- Guest Services Executive \- Guest Relations Executive \- Team Leader \- Front Office \- Assistant Front Desk Manager The main duties and responsibilities include: \- Greet all guests at any time in a friendly and helpful manner and attempt to learn and use guest's name at every opportunity. Register arriving guests ensuring that full details are obtained on the registration form in accordance with established procedures. \- Handle and resolve more complex guest issues and complaints, working to achieve a satisfactory resolution and restore guest satisfaction. \- Enter all arrivals' check in / out details accurately in the computer and modify any information correctly with particular care towards spelling and room rates. \- Actively solicit and review guest feedback, using insights to make improvements and address any recurring issues. \- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services and ensure that all requests and needs are met efficiently. About you: The ideal candidates for these positions will have the following experience and qualifications: \- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the same role in a 5\-star luxury hotel. \- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast\-paced environment. \- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and by telephone. \- Knowledge of Opera Cloud is preferred About the Benefits: At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
